While you’re all excited to start receiving your rewards from the Net Deposit competition, we’re extremely happy to share the Zignaly Vault mechanics and the first pool of 1,000,000 ZIG. The go-live date as announced earlier is 1st Dec 2021! 🚀

The Zignaly Vault mechanics: 🔩

The Zignaly vault is carefully designed to serve two essential functions; Distribution of ZIG and Partner token Pool to users holding ZIG on the Zignaly platform based on an average holding basis, and help educate about new Projects in the Industry that might be beneficial for Zignaly users.

Speaking of the Distribution of ZIG and Partner token pools, there will be two types of rewards; Staking rewards & Partner Rewards.

Let’s explore the Staking Rewards first: 🎁

• Distribution of ZIG to Zignaly users maintaining a balance of a minimum of 10 ZIG in their ZIG wallet. This is equivalent to staking.
• The wallet snapshot 📷 will be taken daily at a random time — the user must maintain at least 10 ZIG in their account. Locked funds (for example ZIG Coins from referral rewards) would not count towards this.
• The reward will be distributed after a 30 days gap. For example, if you are eligible to get 100 ZIG on the 1st December snapshot, you will receive the amount on the 31st of December. Similarly, the amount you are eligible for on 2nd December will be paid out on 1st January.
• Since the utilities are already live on the wallet, it’s understood that the ZIG balance would vary (decreased by success fee deduction and increased by vault rewards). Hence, maintaining a minimum balance of 10 ZIG is essential to get the reward.
• Duration and payout frequency may vary pool-to-pool, and further subjected to community feedback.

Assuming a pool of 1,000,000 ZIG with a Daily distribution frequency (33,333 ZIG daily) — Once you deposit your ZIG to the Zignaly vault, we’ll start taking snapshots of the wallet balance once a day at random times. For instance, your balance comes out to be 500,000 ZIG on DAY 01 versus a total balance (of eligible users) at 10,000,000 ZIG, you will be entitled to receive 5% of the daily distribution (33,333 ZIG) that comes out to be 1666 ZIG. The same process will be repeated each day to determine your daily reward based on your balance. The reward distribution starts 30 days after the pool has ended, and continues for the next 30 days, where Day 01 reward will be given out on Day 31, Day 02 reward will be given out on Day 32, and so on.

Moving on to the Partner rewards: 💪

• Distribution of partner coins to Zignaly users maintaining a balance of 1000 ZIG in their ZIG wallet. Additionally, all of the partner projects will get a dedicated page on the Zignaly vault, containing detailed project background and coin statistics.
• The wallet snapshot 📷 is to be taken daily at a random time — the user must maintain at least 1000 ZIG in their wallet. Locked funds (for example ZIG Coins from referral rewards) are not counted for this.
• Since the utilities will be working on the wallet, it’s understood that the ZIG balance would vary (decreased by success fee deduction and increased vault rewards). Hence, maintaining a minimum balance of 1000 ZIG is essential to get the reward.
• The reward distribution mechanics will vary depending on the pool. Different pools will have different durations and rewards will be distributed accordingly.
• Users can be eligible for multiple pools at a time, subject to sufficient balance being maintained. For instance, if a user is maintaining an average balance of over 1000 ZIG, they would be eligible to receive the partner rewards as well as Staking rewards!

• Pool ends: 30th December 2021
• Snapshot frequency: Every day at Random times 📷

• Total Reward: 1,000,000 ZIG 🎁
• Reward Distribution starts: 31st December 2021, 12:00 AM UTC
• Reward Distribution ends: 29th January 2022
• Reward Distribution Frequency: 24 Hours ⏰
